Note Keep
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Note Keep app and this website, provided by Future App Development (“we”, “us”). By using Note Keep or this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Note Keep is a notes and lists application for Android
(com.futureappdevelopment.notekeep). Features may include notes, checklists,
reminders, labels, media attachments, widgets, and optional cloud sync. We may update,
add, or remove features over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful purposes
- Keep any account credentials secure if you sign in
- Back up important notes; do not rely solely on any single device or sync option
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the notes and media you create. You are responsible for that content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it when you use those features.
4. Ads and third-party services
The app may display advertisements and use third-party services (for example authentication, cloud storage, or ad networks). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclaimer
Note Keep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that notes will never be lost.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future App Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Note Keep or this website.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise them.
